TAYLOR PEARON
NUTRITION COACH & TRAINER

Taylor is a lifelong athlete, martial artist, personal trainer, and nutritionist with a Master’s in Nutrition Education. Her passion is helping people feel confident and capable in their own skin, whether that means reconnecting with your athletic side, staying strong for the demands of daily life, or finally building habits that stick.She combines strength training and nutrition coaching to help you look, perform, and feel your best. Her approach is science-backed, practical, and built to fit real life. She sees every client’s athletic potential through a human lens. She simplifies what feels overwhelming to make health a lasting part of your life and help you discover just how capable, resilient, and dynamic you really are.
ANTHONY KOUYOUMDJIAN
TRAINER

Anthony got his start as a movement practitioner on the streets of Lebanon as a hip-hop artist and break-dancer. He started studying the martial art of capoeira almost 20 years ago and began taking on personal training clients in 2018. He is a TACFIT Field Instructor, and is certified in Flowfit, Clubbells, VKNJA Steel Mace, and SafeSport. Anthony is also trained in Fascia Stretch techniques to help his clients get even more from their training.
