Taylor has almost a decade of experience coaching women to build strength, improve energy, and feel more confident in their bodies.

She holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition Education and combines thoughtful strength programming with practical nutrition guidance to help clients make meaningful and sustainable progress. Her coaching approach focuses on helping women build strength and vitality for the long term - not quick fixes.
