Work with a strength and performance coach who will inspire you to go further. FORMA training programs are designed to help you build strength and  confidence in your body.

1-on-1 Live Online Training

Your trainer will work with you online to guide you through workouts and ensure your optimizing your effort.

In-Person Training

Work with a coach in-person at CounterBalance Gym in Eagle Rock, CA.

Asynchronous Coaching

Build more flexibility into your workouts with our asynchronous model. You’ll get a weekly training plan and regular check-ins and coach access.

Nutrition and Training

Work on your food and physical habits at the same time. Both programs will be tailored for your goals and updated as you make progress.
